Flyers on British Airways will soon use fast connectivity onboard without charge following a recent deal from the billionaire's communications company.
Complimentary plus Fast Wifi for All
British Airways announced that this complimentary, “reliable and lightning-fast” wifi provision from the satellite provider becomes accessible for customers flying economy, business, or first class as of the coming month.
Expanded Implementation Throughout Multiple Airlines
The parent company of BA, International Airlines Group, confirmed it had finalized an agreement involving Starlink to provide wifi access across over 500 planes within their airlines, which also include the Irish airline, the Spanish carrier, and the low-cost airline.
